Corporate day rates are 4 hours of access Monday through Friday. Weeknights are 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. 

Our staff handles the setup & tear down of LaVela equipment.

We supply 60" round tables with black banquet chairs. We have a limited number of 4, 6, & 8-foot tables for use. Pub-style tables are available. Black & white lap length linens are included. 

At LaVela we handle the catering & bar services. We do not allow alcohol to be brought on property. Special bakery items are allowed.

Yes, we have two private rooms you can use during your event.

For events with over 100 guests, where alcohol is served, security is required.

Yes, we can book your casino games, photo booths, musicians, etc.

You have a unique vision for your event, and we can help you create it.  We have an experienced venue coordinator that can discuss our in-house decor options.  If you prefer to handle the details yourself, LaVela staff cannot assist with set up or break down of personal property.

We only allow tea candles in vases filled with water due to fire hazards.

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit with a signed contract to reserve your date. The venue fee is due 90 days prior to your event.  Full payment for catering, event staffing, & other services is due 14 business days prior to your event. 

Cancellation of the event 90-60 calendar days prior to the event: Deposit plus remaining venue rental fee.
Cancellation of the event 30-60 calendar days prior to the event: Deposit plus 50% of the overall bill.
Cancellation of the event less than 30 calendar days prior to the event: Deposit plus 75% of the overall bill.
