Venue coordinators
Our team assists with floorplans, timelines, and menu selection. Need us to book vendors to streamline the process? We can do that.
Event setup and tear down
LaVela staff handles the setup, event staffing, & breakdown. We will have your room ready to go for your event.
Audiovisual equipment & more
WIFI, In-House sound system, projector, microphone & podium, TVs for slideshows & videos. A wireless router is provided for streaming, the client must have a laptop with an HDMI & USB port. DJs & bands must provide their own equipment for events.
Customizable ambiance lighting
A variety of color options and light settings are tailored to your event.
Equipment included
We supply 60" round tables with black banquet chairs. We have a limited number of 6 & 8-foot tables for use. Black & white lap length linens are included.
Catering and Bar Services
LaVela has a full menu ranging from breakfast, lunch, appetizers, and dinner, to dessert. We offer hosted bar options. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
On-site parking
LaVela has a spacious parking lot with free parking for all guests.
