A venue coordinator to help with your floor plan, menu and timeline; setup and tear-down of LaVela equipment; tables, chairs and linens; Wi-Fi, lighting, a microphone and podium, in-house sound and TVs for slideshows; and free on-site parking.
We supply 60" round tables with black banquet chairs, a limited number of 4, 6 & 8-foot tables, and pub-style tables. Black & white lap-length linens are included. DJs and bands should bring their own sound equipment.
Yes, outside catering is welcome. You can also choose our in-house catering; our staff will keep the buffet stocked, bus tables and refill non-alcoholic drinks.
Yes. Our private suites are yours to use during your event.
For events with over 100 guests where alcohol is served, security is required.
Yes. We can book photo booths, musicians, casino games and more, and we can recommend event coordinators to help with the details.
Yes. We now offer décor services, including tear-down, so you and your guests can simply show up and enjoy. If you'd rather decorate yourself, please note our staff can't set up or break down personal property.
For fire safety, we only allow tea candles in vases filled with water.
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit with a signed contract to reserve your date. The venue fee is due 90 days before your event. Full payment for catering, event staffing & other services is due 14 business days before your event.
Cancellation 90 to 60 calendar days before the event: deposit plus the remaining venue rental fee. Cancellation 60 to 30 calendar days before the event: deposit plus 50% of the overall bill. Cancellation less than 30 calendar days before the event: deposit plus 75% of the overall bill.
