Venue coordinators can help from the day you book till your event, LaVela venue coordinators will help you with your floorplan, menu, & timelines. 
If you need more detailed help, we know several amazing Event Coordinators that help with the million small details that pop up throughout your event planning.

Event setup and tear down

We handle our equipment so you don't have to! If we provide it, we take care of the setup, clean up, & break down.

Audiovisual equipment & lighting

Complimentary WIFI, a variety of lighting options to suit your needs, microphone & podium, in-house sound perfect for cocktail music, TVs available for videos or slideshows. A wireless router is provided for streaming, the client must have a laptop with an HDMI & USB port. DJs & bands must provide their own equipment for events.

Chairs and tables with linens

Includes setup and tear down by our event staff.

Staging Area

We have private suites at our venue for you to access during your event.

Catering Services

Chef Harvey creates menus that your guests will remember. LaVela staff will maintain your buffet, and bus tables, & refill non-alcoholic drinks. Plates, cutlery, napkins, & some non-alcoholic beverages are included without an additional charge.

Bar Services

A la carte options or packages, LaVela has a range of options to suit your needs. Outside alcohol is not allowed.

On-site parking

LaVela has a spacious parking lot with free parking 
for all guests.
